Cancellation Policy

At UUMA SALES, we work hard to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp, call, or email with your order details.

2. Order Cancellation by UUMA SALES

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
• If incorrect pricing or information was listed due to technical errors.
• If the shipping address is in a restricted or undeliverable location.
• In case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you and process a full refund (if payment has already been made).

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible time frame, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• COD orders, if cancelled before shipping, will not incur any charges.
