• We offer Free Standard Shipping on most products.

• In case of special packaging (e.g., safety box), additional charges may apply as mentioned on the product page.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a minimal COD handling charge.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• Same-day shipping is available for selected products if ordered before the cut-off time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

• You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays in Shipping

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons such as courier delays, holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.

• UUMA SALES will not be held liable for delays caused by external factors.

• Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
