1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, box, and accessories included.
  • Returns must be requested within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products without original packaging, box, or tags.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Personal use items (like innerwear, socks, hygiene-related products) due to safety reasons.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  • Customers must ship the product back safely; return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective/incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and extra packaging charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size/design is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the above policy.
