1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, box, and accessories included.
- Returns must be requested within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products without original packaging, box, or tags.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Personal use items (like innerwear, socks, hygiene-related products) due to safety reasons.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@uumasales.com or call +91 9909030600 with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Customers must ship the product back safely; return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective/incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and extra packaging charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size/design is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the above policy.
