2. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on most products.
- In case of special packaging (e.g., safety box), additional charges may apply as mentioned on the product page.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a minimal COD handling charge.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Same-day shipping is available for selected products if ordered before the cut-off time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays in Shipping
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons such as courier delays, holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.

- Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
